He has seen the sunset on the ice highway to Tuktoyaktuk and has run with the caribou on the tundra of the Arctic and has hiked, guided, cared for, and shared life changing experiences with hundreds of students over a decade of Harrison Hikes and eight years in the Edge Program. Most currently I am a man trying to find the peace, patience and awareness that mindful practice brings.

Chang's TaekwondoThe Spirit of Taekwondo is Through ConnectionChang’s Demonstration Team or “CDT” is a performance group based out of Chang’s Taekwondo Martial Arts School. Chang’s Taekwondo opened in 1995, under Grand Master Am Yong Chang a 9th degree black belt and well respected individual of the Taekwondo community. Since then, under the guidance of both Grand Master and his son Master Minku Chang the school has spread to five locations across the lower mainland. Each school creating a family of martial artists within its community. CDT demonstrates their techniques at malls, school, grand openings, and public events that host audiences of 1000+. Specializing in creating a story through their demonstrations they hope to inspire and spread their passion of Taekwondo to everyone.
